Managing agent Rendall & Rittner has completed its purchase of Braemar Estates and taken over the management of its portfolio of around 5,000 properties.
Rendall & Rittner now has more than 50,000 properties under management.
The acquisition of Braemar Estates, from Brooks Macdonald Group, increases its presence in the North West.
Braemar’s staff will continue to operate from its offices in Hale and central Manchester offices, and the two businesses will continue to operate under their respective brand names.
