Regus posts revenue rise

Regus.jpegRegus Group has reported a revenue increase of 14.5% to £532.5m in the three months to March 2016, up from 452.3m in Q1 2015, it said in a quarterly trading update.

The flexible workspace provider said performance had been driven largely by the 554 locations it added during 2015.

During the first quarter of 2016 it added 42 locations, comprising around 0.5m sq ft, to its global network. Its total network now consists of 46m sq ft globally across 2,799 locations.

The group said underlying cash generation had more than doubled year on year, to £56.4m and that it had implemented changes to its field and management structures, including a shift toward less capital-intensive growth through the increased use of partnerships.
