Real estate private equity firm Regis Group has announced the launch of a new housebuilding company, Regis Homes.
Co-founders Nick and Peter Gould will invest in the new company, which will build in the Home Counties.
The firm has recruited experienced senior executives John Bell and Sean Millgate to lead the expansion of the business into residential development. They have more than 50 years of industry experience between them.
Bell has previously been regional chairman at Persimmon Homes, director at Bellway Homes and most recently group managing director at Antler Homes.
