Regional REIT has appointed ESR Europe Investment Management as its new alternative investment fund manager, taking over from Toscafund Asset Management.
The new manager is the European platform of ESR Group, a global real estate investment manager largely focused on Asia-Pacific.
The appointment was initially agreed last October, becoming effective today.
