It is steadily making a name for itself in the world of high-end dining, after Paco Tapas became the fourth restaurant in the city to receive a Michelin star.
More than a 150 years ago, it broke new ground on the opposite end of the culinary spectrum, when Fry’s of Bristol created the first solid chocolate bar in 1847.
