Regent hopes to have the last laugh in Cardiff

Regent Inns is to take 2,323 sq m (25,000 sq ft) at Delanceys Cardiff Millennium Plaza scheme.

It will open a Jongleurs Comedy Club, a Bar Risa and a Surfers Paradise nightclub at the 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft)
