Shawbrook Bank has placed a residential-led site in Lewisham into receivership, with Allsop appointed to seek offers in excess of £13m.
Tower House, at 65-71 Lewisham High Street, has 56 homes, 29 of which are unsold. It also has 42,123 sq ft of office space. The site generates around £649,825 of passing rent per annum.
Marketing materials seen by EG showed that the site has an ERV of just over £1m per annum and underlined the scope for several asset management opportunities that could enhance rental income.
Receivers at Bird & Bird are overseeing the process. MHA Lewisham Development was the freehold owner.
