Rapleys launches Birmingham office

Rapleys officially launched its new Birmingham office in the city last night, hosting the event at Hotel du Vin.

Speaking exclusively to Estates Gazette, Rapleys senior partner Robert Clarke and the firm’s new Birmingham office head Alfred Bartlett, discussed Rapleys’ acquisition of Bartlett Property in April and plans for future growth.

“Birmingham was an obvious missing piece to the jigsaw in our nationwide coverage,” said Clarke. Bartlett confirmed that Rapley is “immediately looking to increase his team” in Birmingham in the retail and leisure development sectors as well as other teams within the Birmingham office.

Clarke confirmed the company was “inquisitive and acquisitive” and looking at strategic acquisitions elsewhere in the UK.
