Ramada Encore has agreed to open a 151-bedroom hotel at Chord Developments’ and Deeley Properties’ 750,000 sq ft St Georges development in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
The budget hotelier will occupy 62,800 sq ft of the £160m scheme.
