Railpen’s Beehive plans called in by housing department

The secretary of state for housing, communities and local government has called in Railpen’s Beehive Centre redevelopment proposals in Cambridge for her determination. Angela Rayner’s move came after Cambridge City Council planning officers recommended that the council throw out
