A public inquiry starts today into plans for the construction of 1,075 houses at the former RAF base at Upper Heyford in Oxfordshire.
The 1,334-acre (540ha) site in Bicester is owned by the North Oxfordshire Consortium, a group made up of Taylor Woodrow, Wimpey, Westbury
