This week EG unveils its first quarterly rankings based entirely on transactional data shared by members of the EG Radius community.
Using the same data that feeds into the live On-Demand Rankings, we are able to offer a look at how the market performed over a challenging first three months of the year in which the country was plunged back into lockdown but the deals kept coming.
The rankings cover all office and industrial sales and lettings but exclude lease renewals and deals that were under non-disclosure agreements at the time of publishing.
