Asset manager and developer Quadrant has secured multiple F&B lettings at YY London, its newly refurbished 415,000 sq ft office building in Canary Wharf, E14.
Brother Marcus, an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group, has taken 2,861 sq ft on a 20-year lease. The restaurant will open in summer this year.
Danish espresso bar Hagen has signed for 1,141 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Quadrant has also agreed a 9,500 sq ft deal with a restaurant chain, which will be announced at a later date.
YY London was purchased in 2019 by a joint venture between Quadrant and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
