Andy Pyle has been promoted to global head of real estate at KPMG.
Pyle has spent more than three decades with the accountancy firm, becoming head of real estate for the UK in 2015 when Richard White moved to EY.
He takes his latest role following the retirement of Hong Kong-based Andrew Weir.
Pyle will continue as UK division head.
