Ptarmigan sells East Anglian sites for £30m

Ptarmigan Land has sold two housing sites in East Anglia for more than £30m. The two sites, which have an estimated development value of over £100m, will accommodate a total of nearly 2,000 homes. One site outside Norwich at Hethersett
