PRS REIT added nearly 400 homes to its portfolio in the last quarter.
The private rental sector specialist completed 1,902 homes over the year to the end of June, more than double the 909 built during the previous year. A further 1,096 homes are in the pipeline.
PRS’s portfolio now extends to 3,984 completed homes with an estimated rental value of £37.5m per annum, 97.6% of which are occupied.
It said it was easily on track to meet its initial target of 5,200 homes with an ERV of £50m.
