The founder of the UK Proptech Association Eddie Holmes talks all things proptech on the last day of this year’s MIPIM where the sector was high on the agenda.
An entrepreneur and former investment director into proptech businesses said that there will inevitably be attrition in the proptech sector as it grows.
He said: “A lot of this attrition will be through acquisitions and mergers.”
Holmes added that he set up the UKPTA to “give proptech businesses and property businesses a forum to communicate with each other in an environment that’s not about sales… as well as to encourage the growth of the sector as part of the British entrepreneurial society.”
