There is no denying that the real estate industry is cycling mad. But some in the industry are just mad when it comes to cycling.
Meet Dominic Millar, chief executive of specialist real estate marketing and events company The Completely Group; James Findlater, head of shopping centre investment at Colliers International; and Graham Salisbury, managing partner of residential development companies S2 Development and Salisbury and Saville.
On 17 August, the trio will embark on a 5,300km cycle around Great Britain, taking on all the climbs from Simon Warren’s 100 Climbs book.

Over the course of 29 days the three men will climb 81,000m – 50 miles, or the equivalent of nine ascents of Everest, or 260 trips up The Shard.
On average, Millar, Findlater and Salisbury will cycle around 110 miles a day and complete 2,800m of climbing.
Millar, a veteran of Club Peloton events such as Cycle to MIPIM, said that they had decided to embark on the ride to find something that would test them so much that it forced people to put their hands in their pockets and donate.
The epic ride is raising money for four charities – LandAid, Coram, Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer’s Research UK – and with a target to raise £100,000.

The trio, who are funding the ride themselves, are seeking either individual donations, which can be made at https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/100climbschallenge, or corporate sponsorship.
