Conditions were near perfect for the Property Triathlon and Property Swim at Dorney Lake in Eton on 30 June. Sunshine, warm but not too hot and only a whisper of wind.
More than 3,500 competitors took part in the 11th annual event, hosted by JLL. Teams from across the industry took part in a 2.25km swim, a duathlon, the individual triathlon and relay triathlon.
A fancy dress wave in relay continues to grow in popularity, with competitors dressing up as PacMan, Power Rangers, extras from Baywatch and the JLL executive team as Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po.
JLL sponsored Olympic medallists Lauren Stedman and Will Bayley handed out trophies to winners of the individual and team races, while Crisis, the new charity beneficiary of the event, collected a cheque for more than £200,000 raised by competitors.
Over its 11-year history, the Property Triathlon has raised some £1.8m for a number of charities. And there is still the chance to get involved, don your Lycra and raise even more for charity.
Spaces are still available for the Property Triathlon North, which takes place at MediaCity in Salford, Greater Manchester, on 28 July. Find out more and enter at www.propertytriathlon.com/uknorth-manchester
