The annual JLL Property Triathlon celebrated its 10th birthday at Dorney Lake near Eton, Berkshire, on Friday.
Almost 4,000 property professionals descended on Dorney to take part in either the 2.25km swim, a duathlon, or individual and relay triathlon.
Now 10 times bigger than the first staging of the race in 2006, the cross-industry even has raised more than £1.5m for various charities.
