A central Dublin hotel with development potential has been put up for sale, inviting offers above €17.5m (£15.4m).
The Dawson Hotel, owned by a consortium including Irish investor Tetrarch Capital, is located in the city centre. It currently has 36 bedrooms and 10,500 sq ft of food and beverage space.
CBRE has been appointed to sell the four-star hotel.
Alexandra Sheeran, associate director, of CBRE Ireland, said: “The sale of the Dawson Hotel offers both Irish and international investors an exclusive and high-profile property on one of Dublin’s trendiest and most vibrant streets.
“The asset is unbranded, providing operational flexibility for parties. There is also scope to almost double the existing room count, subject to securing planning permission.”
