Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants has signed two deals that will see it operate Premier Inn hotels at developments in Yorkshire.
The group will operate a 60-bedroom hotel and 8,000 sq ft restaurant at Lingfield's 130,000 sq ft Princes Gate retail
