Praxis acquires Kent town centre site

Praxis has acquired 63 acres in Kings Hill town centre, Kent, from Prologis and Harbert.

The site will see almost 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial space added to Praxis’ growing UK portfolio, including several redevelopment opportunities.
