Praxis acquires Kent town centre site

Praxis has acquired 63 acres in Kings Hill town centre, Kent, from Prologis and Harbert. The site will see almost 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial space added to Praxis’ growing UK portfolio, including several redevelopment opportunities. Developed on the 650-acre former RAF West Malling airfield, the site is home to 50 businesses, including Rolex, and over 3,200 residential homes, three schools, and around 200,000 sq ft of retail and leisure facilities. Praxis plans for the site include upgrading the core office portfolio of the estate into sustainable grade-A accommodation.
