Club Peloton’s PedElle, the premier women in real estate charity bike ride, celebrated its 10th anniversary this year with a three-day epic in Slovenia.
The ride, supported by DP9, Forsters, Karakusevic Carson Architects, Knight Frank, Legal & General and SEGRO, saw 60 women from across the built environment brave heat, torrential rain and more than 5,000m of elevation over three days of riding.
The peloton traversed its way through 400km of stunning Slovenian countryside, starting in the capital, Ljubljana, and finishing in Piran on the Adriatic coast, raising much-needed funds for charities including Coram. So far, this year’s ride has raised more than £60,000, with more donations flowing in daily.
To date, the PedEllers have raised more than £500,000 for Club Peloton’s supported charities, and the initiative has provided a healthy networking space for more than 400 women across the built environment.
