Orchard Street Investment Management has let 15,400 sq ft of retail warehouse space at Centrepoint retail park in Aberdeen to Poundland.
Poundland has signed a ten-year lease with an annual rental value of £150,000.
The single-price discount retailer joins existing tenants, which include Toys R Us, Mecca Bingo and Rosebys, at the 100,000 sq ft development.
One 6,500 sq ft ground-floor unit remains vacant following the letting to Poundland.
