Post-auction buyers take Allsop to 70%

Strong post-auction sales pushed Allsop’s latest residential success rate up to 70%, after some bidders showed caution in the room. The total raised climbed to £61m after eight lots were sold post auction. Allsop offered 250 lots for the sale
