Forty-two organisations have been shortlisted for the Property Marketing Awards 2013 across 14 categories.
The awards, organised by the Chartered Surveyors’ Livery Company in partnership with Estates Gazette, recognise excellence, innovation and creativity in property marketing.
The residential category was particularly popular in this, the 21st year of the awards and to celebrate, the standard of entries the best overall marketing campaign – residential award has been expanded into three separate categories: residential brand building, residential restoration and residential, and UK and international.
The 2013 awards ceremony will be held at BAFTA on Monday 24 June, hosted by former ITV newscaster Andrea Catherwood.
