Simons Developments and Carmarthenshire Council have unveiled plans for a 275,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme in Carmarthen, West Wales.
The £50m scheme on the town's 10-acre mart site will also be anchored by a 60,000 sq ft three-storey Debenhams store,
