Plans lodged for Liverpool’s Hemisphere building

Proposals have been submitted to develop Liverpool’s first net-zero carbon building, Hemisphere. The eight-storey scheme will be delivered by Sciontec Developments, a joint venture between the council, the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University, and Bruntwood SciTech. The
