Plans lodged for £25m Colwick Gateway

Chancerygate has submitted plans to turn a six-acre site in Colwick, Nottingham, into 98,000 sq ft of logistics and industrial space. The proposed £25m scheme, called Colwick Gateway, will replace a vacant fuel distribution centre formerly used by Total Petroleum.
