Fifth State has filed plans for a 477-bed student accommodation scheme in Bermondsey.
The site, at Ilderton Wharf, 1-7 Rollins Street, SE15, is occupied by existing redundant builders' merchant premises, which will be demolished if Fifth State’s proposals are
