Plans in for Deansgate House of Fraser redevelopment

Investec has lodged plans for the redevelopment of Manchester’s House of Fraser at the landmark Kendals department store. It aims to redevelop the site into 500,000 sq ft of offices, designed by Sheppard Robson Architects.
