Turnstone Estates has submitted plans for a £50m leisure scheme in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
The 5.7-acre Seaway development has already secured prelets to Empire Cinemas, Travelodge, Hollywood Bowl and The Restaurant Group, and will comprise some 150,700 sq ft
