Zephyr X has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of a former Allianz office building in Milton Keynes into 376 build-to-rent flats.
The gross development value of the scheme is £130m. The building, at 500 Avebury Boulevard, will be replaced with an eight-storey residential block. Secure parking and CCTV will also be introduced at the site.
Graham Haydon-White, managing director at Zephyr X, said: “Our vision for 500 Avebury Boulevard is not just about building apartments but creating a community that enhances the lifestyle of its residents and integrates seamlessly with the dynamism of Milton Keynes.”
CBRE is acting as the agent on the development.
