St Helens Borough Council has revealed proposals for the Bold Forest Garden Village masterplan in Bold, Merseyside.
The new neighbourhood consists of 3,000 homes, alongside community infrastructure and amenities. It has been designed in partnership with Avison Young, SLR Consulting
