Plans approved for new logistics unit at Prologis Park Midpoint

Prologis has secured permission to build a new logistics facility in Minworth, on the outskirts of Birmingham. The plans include the demolition of an existing facility, originally built for Asda in 2016, which is too bespoke for wider market requirements.
