Planning chief urges council to approve Co-op HQ plans

Manchester council’s head of planning has urged the planning and highways committee to grant consent for the Co-operative Group’s new headquarters.

The Co-op’s 325,000 sq ft, 15-storey scheme goes before the committee tonight.
