Places for London appoints Savills as real estate adviser

Places for London, Transport for London’s real estate company, has appointed Savills as its property advisory partner, working on a portfolio on which 20,000 homes could be delivered. The company said the agency will be tasked with helping to “get more done, more quickly”, including advising on strategy-related activity at portfolio, sector, and property levels; guiding real estate decision making; and bringing new deals and development. Places for London hopes to start on site on all identified housing projects by 2031, as well as workspaces and retail projects.
