Placefirst reveals £27.5m Bolton BTR plans

Developer Placefirst has revealed plans to build a £27.5m build-to-rent scheme in Bolton. The BTR developer is set to lodge a planning application later this year to build around 200 homes, as well as up to 15,000 sq ft of
