Asset management giant Pimco has approached Nama to buy its entire €4bn (£3.3bn) Northern Ireland loan portfolio.
A Nama spokesperson said: “NAMA constantly reviews its portfolio to assess opportunities for maximising returns from loans or assets within the portfolio.
