Pillar Property's 34.4%-owned Hercules Unit Trust (HUT) has bought the Parkgate Shopping Park, in Rotherham, from Stadium Group for £260m.
HUT has sold Newport Retail Park to Stadium for £60m. It has also sold Fosse Park to REIT Asset Management
