Gibraltar Limited Partnership, the joint venture between Hercules Unit Trust and The Crown Estate, has let a store at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh to Pets at Home.
The pet retailer has agreed to take a 14,200 sq ft standalone store, which will include a groom room and surgery, on a 15-year lease. The retailer now has more than 300 UK stores.
Greggs has also taken 1,200 sq ft on a 15-year lease in a store adjacent to
Vodafone and New Look.
Dan Clark, asset manager for British Land, said: “Pets at Home and
Greggs will be strong additions to the high-quality retail brands already on
offer at Fort Kinnaird.”
