Perseus Land & Developments, a care home and retirement housing developer, has named a new acquisitions director.
William Chambers, a former JLL director who founded the real estate networking event PropSki, joins Perseus from Barwood Capital, where he was an investment director targeting the healthcare and industrial markets.
During his three years at Barwood, Chambers acted on the company’s investment into Perseus’s first care home projects. Chambers said the two companies would “maintain a close alliance” after his move.
