The owner of Beefeater gin, Pernod Ricard, has agreed to take around 84,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease at Blackstone’s Building 7 at Chiswick Park, W4.
The French drinks giant will relocate staff from sites including Building 12 at the west London business park, to floors seven, eight and nine of the 334,000 sq ft building.
It joins Danone, which has its UK headquarters in Building 7, HH Saudi Research & Marketing, and China Global Television Network, which occupies the top floor.
