Davitt Jones Bould has appointed Sandy Munroe (pictured, left) as a partner. She will provide specialist legal advice to its public sector clients, such as local government, the Cabinet Office, the Royal Parks and the Ministry of Defence.
Fisher German has appointed Alex Isles (pictured, right) as a partner in its residential development agency team across the firm’s Manchester, Knutsford and Chester offices.
Alchemy Asset Management has hired Kieran McSwiggan as an associate director to expand its business pipeline in the London and South East offices sector. He joins from British Land.
Chancerygate has appointed Simon Cowley of M7 Investment Group to lead the firm’s investment and asset management operations.
Cameron Scott has joined Savills as a director and head of the London retail division. The move follows last year’s acquisition of retail consultancy Nash Bond, where Scott had worked since 2005, most recently as chief executive.
Bruntwood has appointed Chris Oglesby as chief executive, while Kevin Crotty takes the role of chief financial officer.
Smart Spaces, a smart building platform, has appointed data scientist Alex Michaels as its head of AI. He joins from ImprovIT Consulting and has previously worked with Babcock International and GKN Aerospace.
Retail and leisure agency Lunson Mitchenall has expanded its lease advisory team with the promotion of Nick Klein to director and the appointment of Mark Capanda, from BNP Paribas Real Estate, as associate director.
Tony Levine has joined leisure property specialist Davis Coffer Lyons as a director in its leasing team. He will work with clients including Shaftesbury Capital, Westfield and Grosvenor.
The UK Apartment Association has hired Graham Sibley from Building Strategies as its operations and marketing director. He will oversee all of its operations, covering the purpose-built, build-to-rent, single-family rental, co‑living and later living sectors.
Former Hollis directors Carl Sablon, Charlie Wildash and Karl Stansbie have set up Air Building Consultancy. The new venture will offer project management services, including design and specification, contract administration and principal designer work, with a focus on ESG issues.
Avison Young has appointed Mark McKelvey as a director in the place team in the Newcastle office and Omar Choudhury as a director in the valuation team in London. Amanda Roddy and George Coulson have taken up director roles in the Manchester office.
Chartway Partnerships Group has promoted Gavin Hunt to group chief operating officer. He joined the company in 2022 as group operations director.
Neal Jillings has joined Summerfield Homes as divisional director for strategic land and planning in the Taunton office, where he will identify opportunities for housing schemes in the South West.
The Investment Property Forum has appointed Stafford Lancaster, chief investment officer of Delancey, as its national chair. Clare Thomas, partner at CMS, has been named vice chair and honorary treasurer.
Kat Austreng has joined Feldberg Capital as an associate director, where she will support capital raising across Europe. She joins from CBRE Capital Advisors.
Tony Grant has been appointed as director of GIA’s Dublin office, where he will oversee the firm’s expansion in Ireland. He joins from Hollis.
