People and companies: Workman bolsters ESG team

Workman has expanded its ESG capabilities and service provision with the appointment of Ben Kingsnorth as net zero delivery manager, Charlotte Ross (pictured, left) as ESG manager, Warren Butler as lead energy auditor and Imogen Waters as ESG graduate.

Knight Frank has appointed senior surveyors Chris Barnes, Katarina Szinekova and Ty Turner to its housing team. Commercial property agent Wumi Eyiangho and Oliver Levesley join the flexible office solutions team. Sandeep Bhakar (pictured, right) has been appointed as a partner in the public sector advisory team and, in the central London retail agency team, Rob Hargreaves has joined as a partner and Zaz Robb as an associate.

Carter Jonas has appointed Lee Richards to lead its residential portfolio letting and management team. He joins from FirstPort Group, where he was director of market services.

Construction firm Beard has appointed Matt Cooper as director to lead the firm’s operations in Bristol. He joins from Bray & Slaughter.

Coyote has appointed David Oates as chief revenue officer.

Orchard Street Investment Management has strengthened its team with the appointment of Josh Quinton-Smith as asset manager.

Eden Planning has appointed Anna Bensky as a director. She has 17 years’ industry experience and is a highly skilled town planner. Bensky joins from Peel L&P, where she held the role of associate director for nine years.

Avant Homes has appointed Danny Cheal as land director to expand its West Midlands portfolio.

CBRE has hired Matthew Cutts as head of investor and developer clients for project management and building consultancy, EMEA. Senior surveyor Frankie Isherwood has been appointed to its occupier services team in Manchester.

Cromwell Property Group has appointed Florian Hoyndorf as head of development for Europe.

Godwin Developments has added to its senior management team with the appointment of Nick Harrison as planning director. Andrew Cox and Michael Sutton have joined as development director and associate director respectively.

SEGRO has strengthened its London team with the appointment of directors Bonnie Minshull for the Greater London area and Patrick Batten focusing on inner London markets.
