Former CBRE director Tom Callaghan (pictured, right) has joined Bidwells as a partner to lead the firm’s commercial surveying work in London.
CBRE’s northern residential valuation team has appointed Emma Kirk as senior surveyor in its Leeds office and Beckie Ashall as assistant surveyor in its Manchester office.
John Rode has joined Couch Perry Wilkes as a senior mechanical engineer at its office in Derby.
Innes England has promoted Matt Howson to director. He joined the company in 2018.
Hilco Valuation Services Europe has hired Nick Hughes as director in the real estate advisory department from Lambert Smith Hampton.

David Hockaday has been appointed managing director of Millstream Management Services, an independent arm of Churchill Retirement Group. He previously spent six years at McCarthy & Stone Management Services.
Connells Group has appointed Jon Notley as group integration director and Gary Barker as group chief technology officer.
Keyland Developments has appointed Matthew Turnbull as planning and development manager. He joins from Peacock & Smith, where he was an associate.
The Hill Group has appointed Andy Fancy as regional managing director to lead estate regeneration and to establish the new South West division. He joins from Countryside Properties.
Construction consultancy Concert has appointed Fraser Allen as head of its new development management team focusing on the affordable housing sector.
Europa Capital has appointed Lynn Smith as development director responsible for the company’s UK and European developments.
David White has joined the BloomSmith team as a non-executive director to expand the firm’s reach across real estate and the construction sector.
Erin Peyman is to join grocery delivery start-up Weezy as its head of property. He was previously acquisition manager at The Gym Group.
Living Space Housing has appointed Shane Robinson as production director to head construction delivery. He joins from Countryside Properties.
Russell Markham has been appointed as SHW’s new managing partner with effect from 1 April. He joined the firm in 2002.
