Waterman Group has appointed Paul Moore (pictured left) as regional director of the infrastructure and environment team, focusing on London and the southern counties. He joins from Ridge and Partners.
Glenhawk has appointed Caroline Ong (pictured second from left) as a non-executive director. She has more than 20 years’ commercial and residential real estate experience as a board adviser, committee member and executive director.
CBRE has appointed Richard Young (pictured second from right) as a senior director in its UK building consultancy business. He will lead CBRE’s investor and developer focused project management team. Young was previously director of Buro Four for 22 years.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Paul Lejkowski (pictured right) as partner and head of Scottish rating. He previously worked for Capita GL Hearn and is a member of RICS Scotland’s chairman’s panel of experts for the resolution of disputed rent reviews.
Architecture firm Arney Fender Katsalidis has appointed Jonathan Clarke as a director. He has extensive experience in delivering residential, hotel, workplace and retail projects worldwide.
Frost Meadowcroft has promoted Jack Realey to associate. He joined the firm four years ago and qualified as a chartered surveyor with the company.
Mark Woodrow has joined Packaged Living as joint managing director. He previously ran Grainger’s development division and more recently his own consultancy business, BTR Partners.
Malcolm Hollis has promoted John Gerrish, Justin Tyson, Will Floyd and Will Pasco to senior associates in Bristol. In London Karl Stansbie has been promoted to partner and Dan Felgate, Nolan Wilkens and Simon Devlin to senior associates. Further senior associate appointments include Kellie Wakefield in Liverpool, Carl Sablon in Milton Keynes, Richard Morris in Nottingham and Tim Beach in Ashford.
Patrick Phillips has joined IPSX as a senior manager in real estate advisory.
Pluto Finance has appointed Anish Vora as credit analyst in its London-based team.
Workspace Design & Build has promoted Jerome Broderick and Mike Puttick to associate directors. Puttick joined Workspace in 2017 as a contracts manager and Broderick joined as a commercial manager in 2018.
Residential property management company FirstPort has appointed Heather Payne as chief technology officer.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Greg Mansell as head of UK research and insight in London. Mansell has more than 10 years’ experience in global real estate markets, having previously worked for AXA IM – Real Assets and more recently ran his own consultancy business.
Spitfire Bespoke Homes has recruited Matthew Brazier as regional sales and marketing director for its southern region. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the residential property sector in London and the Home Counties, and previously worked for Millgate and Berkeley Homes.
Knight Frank in Leeds has promoted Tom Goode to associate. He joined the firm in 2018 from Sanderson Weatherall and specialises in the disposal and acquisition of industrial, distribution and trade counter space.
Catesby Estates has hired Steve O’Grady as an associate director in its technical team.
Ivanhoé Cambridge has appointed Richard Saul as director of asset management, UK. He joins from Lendlease and will be based in the London office.
Thursfields solicitors has appointed lawyer Parmveer Virdee to its commercial property department in the Birmingham office.
Knight Frank has named Matthew Tweedie as group finance director. He succeeds John Diggins, who retires from the firm in March 2020. Tweedie is currently CFO at Arup and will take up his new role on 1 October.
Gerald Eve has recruited Adam Pappini as partner and Tom Marshall as senior associate to its development team. Both join from Deloitte Real Estate. Pappini has more than 22 years’ development consultancy, procurement and transactions experience. Marshall has previously worked with public sector organisations.
Property management services firm City Relay has appointed Erskine Berry as head of B2B in the London short-term lettings market.
Law firm Ashurst has appointed Patrick Gerry as a partner in the real estate team in Paris. He joins from Simmons & Simmons.
The British Council for Offices has recruited commercial real estate consultant Mike Ayton as the new regional chairman in Cambridge. He succeeds, Danny Parmar from Overbury, who has been appointed as chairman of the Midlands and East Anglia region.
Montagu Evans has appointed Alan Benson and Mark Hull as partners in its property management team. Benson is skilled in providing management advice in the office, retail, leisure and industrial sectors. Hull has extensive experience in managing private property portfolios.
Lewis & Co has recruited Louis Frankel as a graduate surveyor, working in its Wimbledon and Fulham offices. He previously worked at twentyretail.
AEW has appointed Tobias Schnurer as director of investment in Düsseldorf. He will be responsible for real estate acquisitions in Germany.
