Stephanie Jobson (pictured, right) has joined Principle Estate Management as business operations manager to improve its customer service performance. She previously worked for the University of Warwick.
Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Edward Bales as retail asset manager. He joins from Cube Real Estate.
Knight Frank has expanded its specialist property investment team with the appointments of James Bater as a senior surveyor and Francesca Sidoli as a graduate surveyor.
Chris Loizou has joined Living Space Housing as land & partnerships director, with a focus on securing residential sites across middle England.
Law firm Laurus has promoted Farah Syed to partner, Jess Davis to senior associate and Anam Hussain to associate in its residential property team.

Peel L&P has appointed Chris Capes as director of development for its Liverpool Waters project. He is currently the development team leader at Liverpool City Council and will take up his new position in June.
Nexus Planning has recruited director Andrew Walters as head of its new national infrastructure planning team. He joins from GL Hearn.
Proptech business Backbone Connect has appointed Sabrina Sommer as director of operations to support its growth in the offices market.

Sustainable regeneration specialist LCR has made the following senior hires: Nigel Crainey, chief operations and transformation officer; Catherine Birks, property and partnerships director; Andrew Fraser, senior development manager; and Callum Harries, financial planning and analysis manager.
